What are some modern-day “Tarshish” destinations — ways we try to run from God’s calling while still looking spiritual?
Have you ever been “spiritually active but spiritually disobedient”? What did that look like in your life?
What is something you know God has asked of you that you’ve been negotiating instead of obeying?
What’s the difference between “average faith” and “resolved faith”? What would resolved faith look like for you right now — specifically?
If God’s commands are “not burdensome” (1 John 5:3), how does that reshape the way we think about obedience? What would change if we truly believed obedience leads to life?
